Appointments in King City
King City grew from a retirement community and still has one of the metro's oldest populations, so much of our work here is estate planning: trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and wills that need two independent witnesses. We bring the witnesses with us.
Getting to you
King City is just southwest of Tigard off Highway 99W, a short drive from our Beaverton office.
Questions from King City clients
Can you bring witnesses to a King City signing?
Yes. We hire independent witnesses who aren't related to you and have no interest in your documents. Mobile witnesses are $60 each.
Can you notarize at a King City retirement community?
Yes, as long as the signer is alert, understands the document, and has acceptable ID. Check the community's visitor policy first.
