I am not an attorney licensed to practice law. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.

Notary fees: Oregon allows a maximum of $10 per notarial act, including taking an acknowledgment, taking a verification on oath or affirmation, certifying a copy, witnessing or attesting a signature, and administering an oath or affirmation. Washington allows a maximum of $15 per in-person notarial act and $25 for a remote notarial act. Travel fees for mobile appointments ($90 within 5 miles of our Beaverton office, plus a mileage fee beyond 5 miles) are in addition to notarial fees, are not set by law, and are agreed on with you in advance.

Oregon Apostille Fingerprinting Notary is an independent, private business. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the FBI, the U.S. Department of State, the Oregon Secretary of State, the New York Department of State, USCIS, the ATF, FDLE, Oregon State Police, or any other government agency. Government documents, apostilles, and background check results are issued only by government agencies, and many of these services can be requested directly from those agencies. For apostilles and authentications, we act only as a private Document Authentication Facilitator (Apostille Facilitator). Our fees are for our private services. Government fees and processing times are set by the agencies and may change. We are not a law firm, and our notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law.
