Our office is at 2644 SW 178th Ave in Beaverton, close to Aloha, Hillsboro, and Tigard. Office appointments work well for fingerprinting, passport photos, apostille drop-off, and witness appointments, and you avoid the mobile fee.

Mobile appointments across three counties

We travel throughout Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties for notarizations, witness appointments, and fingerprinting. Mobile notary visits are $90 within 5 miles of our Beaverton office plus $10 per signature, with a mileage fee added beyond 5 miles, and mobile fingerprinting for 1 to 2 people is $250. Tell us your address when you book, and we'll confirm timing before we come.

Vancouver and Clark County, Washington

Because Sarah holds notary commissions in both states, we can notarize in Vancouver and Clark County, Washington, not just Oregon. Washington sets its own fee limits: $15 per in-person notarial act and $25 for a remote notarial act, with travel fees agreed on in advance.

Fingerprinting, passport photos, translation, and apostille courier service are handled the same way for Washington clients. Documents issued in Washington are apostilled by the Washington Secretary of State, not Oregon.

Notary fees: Oregon allows a maximum of $10 per notarial act, including taking an acknowledgment, taking a verification on oath or affirmation, certifying a copy, witnessing or attesting a signature, and administering an oath or affirmation. Washington allows a maximum of $15 per in-person notarial act and $25 for a remote notarial act. Travel fees for mobile appointments ($90 within 5 miles of our Beaverton office, plus a mileage fee beyond 5 miles) are in addition to notarial fees, are not set by law, and are agreed on with you in advance.
