What mobile fingerprinting covers
FD-258 fingerprint cards, fingerprints for FBI background checks, ATF eForms, Florida Level 2 background checks, and Oregon expungement motions. The same careful process we use in the office, done at your location.
Who books mobile fingerprinting
Employers onboarding several people at once, care facilities and hospitals where a resident or patient can't travel, families arranging adoption or guardianship prints, people with limited mobility, and anyone whose schedule makes an office visit impractical.
We come to homes, offices, warehouses, job sites, senior living communities, hospitals, and hospice.
How a mobile visit works
Tell us the address, how many people need prints, and what the prints are for. We confirm the price, including any mileage beyond 5 miles of our Beaverton office, before we come.
We bring everything needed and set up on any table. Each person needs their own photo ID and any form or card their agency sent. We check each impression on the spot and reroll anything that isn't clean.
Group and workplace visits
For a team, we schedule back-to-back slots so nobody waits long, and we quote the visit rather than charging travel per person. Give us the list ahead of time and we'll confirm what each person needs to bring.
Mobile fingerprinting for 1 to 2 people is $250. Groups are quoted based on how many people and where you are.
Hospitals and care facilities
Check the facility's visitor policy before booking. The person being fingerprinted needs acceptable photo ID, and if they can't sit at a table we'll work with whatever position is comfortable.
What we can't do on a mobile visit
Some agencies require their own contracted vendor or a law enforcement agency to capture prints. If your instructions name a specific vendor, we'll tell you before you book instead of taking prints that will be rejected.
Free archive service
We keep your fingerprint record on file. If an agency rejects a card, asks for a second copy, or you need the same prints for another application later, we reprint or resubmit without a new appointment and without charging you again for the capture.
Agency, FBI, and card fees are set by those offices and still apply. Tell us the original appointment name and date when you call.

How much is mobile fingerprinting?
Mobile fingerprinting for 1 to 2 people is $250. For groups, request a quote with the number of people.
Do you fingerprint groups at our workplace?
Yes, for employers, schools, government agencies, law firms, and healthcare facilities. We set up in a conference room and work through your team one at a time. After-hours and weekend visits are often possible. Call (971) 514-3743 for a quote.
How many people can you fingerprint in one visit?
As many as you need. Tell us the headcount and we'll schedule enough time and quote the visit rather than charging travel per person.
Do you come to hospitals and care facilities?
Yes. Check the facility's visitor policy first, and make sure the person has acceptable photo ID.
What do you need at my location?
A table or flat surface and enough light. We bring everything else. Each person needs their own photo ID and any card or form their agency sent.
How far do you travel?
Across the Portland metro, including Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, and northern Yamhill counties, plus Vancouver and Clark County, Washington. A mileage fee applies beyond 5 miles of our Beaverton office. Call (971) 514-3743 for a quote.
Can you do live scan at my workplace?
Ask when you call. Some electronic submissions can be handled on site and some require our office or the agency's own vendor.
What if I need another copy later?
We keep your fingerprint record on file, so reprints and resubmissions do not need a new appointment and we do not charge again for taking your prints. Agency and card fees still apply. Call (971) 514-3743 with the name and date of the original appointment.
