Mobile notary serving Portland, Beaverton, and the metro area

We travel to your home, office, hospital, or senior living community across the Portland metro area to notarize your documents. If you can come to us instead, notarization at our Beaverton office is $10 per signature with no travel fee.

Mobile notary kit and paperwork ready for a signing at your location

Mobile or at our office?

A mobile visit is $90 within 5 miles of our Beaverton office, plus $10 per signature and mileage beyond 5 miles. Coming to our office is $10 per signature with no travel fee.

Mobile appointments make sense when the signer can't travel, when several people need to sign in one place, or when you need us at a hospital or care facility.

Documents we notarize

Powers of attorney, affidavits, consent letters for children traveling abroad, bills of sale, business and employment forms, and other documents that need a notarized signature.

Before we arrive

Have your document filled out but do not sign it. Every signer needs to be present with a current photo ID, and each signer must be able to understand the document and sign willingly.

What a notary can't do

A notary confirms who is signing and that they are signing willingly. We are not attorneys, so we can't give legal advice, choose which document you need, or explain what a document means for you.

Everything in one place

Fingerprinting, the FBI background check, notarization, witnesses, certified translation, the apostille or authentication request, passport photos, and tracked shipping are all done by our own team, in our own offices.

That matters because these steps have an order. A translation done before the apostille usually has to be redone. A document notarized in the wrong state cannot be apostilled here. When one team handles the chain, those mistakes do not happen, and you make one call instead of coordinating four businesses against one deadline.
