Before your appointment

Bring a current government-issued photo ID. Every signer must be present.
Leave documents unsigned until you are with the notary.
Mobile appointments add a $90 travel fee within 5 miles of our Beaverton office, plus mileage beyond 5 miles.
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule a mobile appointment.
Group fingerprinting, board visits, and loan signings are booked by phone so we can quote the visit.

Can I book a mobile appointment online?

Yes. Choose a mobile service and give us the address. Mobile visits add a $90 travel fee within 5 miles of our Beaverton office, plus mileage beyond that.

What should I bring?

A current government-issued photo ID for every signer, your unsigned documents, and any instructions from the agency or consulate receiving them.

I am not an attorney licensed to practice law. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.

Notary fees: Oregon allows a maximum of $10 per notarial act, including taking an acknowledgment, taking a verification on oath or affirmation, certifying a copy, witnessing or attesting a signature, and administering an oath or affirmation. Washington allows a maximum of $15 per in-person notarial act and $25 for a remote notarial act. Travel fees for mobile appointments ($90 within 5 miles of our Beaverton office, plus a mileage fee beyond 5 miles) are in addition to notarial fees, are not set by law, and are agreed on with you in advance.

We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the FBI, the U.S. Department of State, the Oregon Secretary of State, the New York Department of State, USCIS, the ATF, FDLE, Oregon State Police, or any other government agency. Government documents, apostilles, and background check results are issued only by government agencies, and many of these services can be requested directly from those agencies. For apostilles and authentications, we act only as a private Document Authentication Facilitator (Apostille Facilitator). Our fees are for our private services. Government fees and processing times are set by the agencies and may change. We are not a law firm, and our notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law.
