Booking an appointment
Tell us what you need and where you are, and we'll confirm the price, the timing, and exactly what to bring before you come. If your document is going to another country, tell us which one, because that decides the order of the steps.
Same-day appointments are usually available at our Beaverton office and for mobile visits.
For international clients
WhatsApp is the easiest way to reach us from outside the United States. Messages and calls go over data, so there are no international phone charges, and you can send photos of your documents so we can check them before you travel or ship anything.
Sending documents to us
For translation, upload your files through the form on our certified translation page. For apostille work, call first so we can confirm your document is the right version before you mail anything. Never mail an original without talking to us first.
What we can't answer
We're notaries, not attorneys, so we can't give legal or immigration advice, tell you which form to file, or predict what a background check will show. For those questions, talk to an attorney or the agency handling your case.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. We're closed Sunday. Call ahead, since we're often out on a mobile appointment.
Do you take walk-ins?
Call first. We're often out on mobile appointments, and a quick call means we can confirm someone is here and tell you what to bring.
Can I text you?

How soon will you respond to the form?
The same business day whenever possible. If you have a deadline, call instead so we can confirm timing right away.
